There is also a kitchen island and bar stools on offer, as well as a dining area that can seat up to 6 guests. There is a second living room area on the first floor with a double sofa bed. The terrace is located on the first floor and is accessible via the living room area and one of the bedrooms.

Master Bedroom - located on the first floor: a bright and airy bedroom with a queen-size bed, a cosy armchair and a flat-screen TV, with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub and an over-bath shower. This room offers direct access onto the terrace.
Second Bedroom - located on the first floor: a bright and airy bedroom with a double bed, an armchair and a desk.
Third Bedroom - located on the first floor: a bright and airy bedroom with a double bed, a dressing table and an armchair.
The upstairs living room area has a sofa that can be converted into a double sofa-bed, accommodating 2 guests.
