This two-story condo boasts a lovely cabin interior, completely designed with your comfort in mind. The family room, on the main floor, features a luxurious leather sofa, and a matching armchair seating, where you can stretch out after a long day out on the slopes.

Guests will appreciate the natural lighting coming through the expansive glass windows, that occupies an entire wall, in this space. With beautiful wood beamed ceilings throughout the condo, your family will marvel at every intricate detail that makes this space the perfect retreat for every season.

Turn up the heat on the indoor gas fireplace as you admire the stone wall finishes around the crackling fire. Stream your favorite movies on the large flat-screen TV, or simply enjoy each other's company while snuggling up in cozy blankets.

A second bedroom, and third bedroom, on the main floor, are available for guests, with each room featuring a lovely queen-size bed, and ample closet space. There is a shared full bathroom, between both rooms that have a single vanity, and a modern walk-in shower.

A fourth bedroom, on the upper level of the home, features a uniquely designed bunk room three comfortable queen-size beds, perfect for your kiddos or adults that want something different than traditional bed frames. A shared bathroom with double vanity, a jetted spa tub, and a separate walk-in shower, is available opposite the bunk room..

The upper level of the home has many entertainment options, with a gaming area, equipped with multiple bar stools, and a pool table. There is also a second family room with a luxurious leather sectional sofa and a large flat-screen TV where you can stream your favorite show.

Completely designed with your relaxation in mind, this floor also boasts a state-of-the-art sauna, where you can let all of your stress melt away.

A full-size laundry room with front-loading washer and dryer is located off the primary suite and is available for guests during their stay.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor patio, and the private hot tub. Guests can park one vehicle in front of the garage. Be sure not to block any one else's garages. There are 4 additional spaces for parking in the parking lot on a first come first serve basis.

This condo is the perfect gateway to experience mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. The Main Street Historic District is a short 7-minute bus ride where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options.

Getting Around:
Park City Main Street Historic District is a short 7-minute free FREE ride with Queen Esther stop on the Citywide route only a 2-minute walk from the condo. The famous Deer Valley Resort is half a mile from the entrance of this condo and will introduce you to the best ski runs in Park City. The FREE Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. The garage is not available to guests.

Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!
