From your private screened veranda, you can view both the babbling brook and the lake!

You can walk around the entire lake on the boardwalk to admire the full length of the babbling creek and the gushing waterfall.

The community offers a HEATED swimming pool surrounded by cactus and beautiful bougainvillea, where you can spend the day or evening simply relaxing. Next to the pool is a hot tub and private tennis and pickle ball courts. Our unit is steps away from the pool. And we have a brand new hot tub!

Both Starbucks and Barnes / Nobles is a quick walk away! Easy access to highways - located 1 block from the I-17. Close to all the fantastic sporting events and Spring Training. And best of all.. .only 18 minutes to/from the airport (non-rush hour).
