Relax in your private hot tub, gather around the fire pit under the stars, or dine al fresco on the deck with the mountains as your backdrop. A second deck on the front of the house allows you to enjoy more of what nature has to offer.

The stunning stone gas fireplace creates a cozy ambiance, complemented by high ceilings, hickory wood floors, custom iron handrails and rich wood finishes. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, ideal for preparing meals for your group.
• Entertainment and relaxation: Stay entertained with two game rooms - one with a 75" flat screen smart TV. The adult game room features a gorgeous pool table, air hockey and darts while the other boasts a foosball table and a ping pong table. The kid’s bunk room also has a gaming console with bean bag chairs, perfect for keeping the kids amused. The great room even has a table that doubles as a poker table (just flip it over!) to keep the adults entertained (perfect for board games or puzzle-making, too). • Sleeping arrangements: This spacious home comfortably sleeps 18 guests across 6 bedrooms including 2 ensuites. Ensuite #1 is located on the main level. This huge bedroom has a King bed and an easy-to-use gas Kiva fireplace. The large sitting area gives you private space to read or enjoy peace and quiet. Glass doors onto the deck let you take in the gorgeous mountain views. It also has a jetted tub and beautiful walk-in shower. Ensuite #2 is located on the lower level. There is also twin bunkbeds and a futon. The beautiful gas kiva fireplace adds warmth and ambience. Glass doors lets you enjoy the view or walk outside to enjoy the mountain air. There is a large walk-in shower and double sinks in the large bathroom. There are 3 additional bedrooms two feature a queen bed and the third a full bed and a twin bed. And finally, there’s the perfect place for the kids – a bunkroom that sleeps 5. This room also has a gaming area with TV, gaming console, and bean bag chairs. The perfect place for the kids to have their own comfortable space.
• Location and activities: Located just minutes from the Angel Fire Resort, you're perfectly situated for year-round mountain adventures. Enjoy easy access to skiing. snowboarding, tubing, sledding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and more in the winter. In summer and fall you can enjoy our hiking and biking trails, e-biking, or conquer one of North America’s highest rated mountain bike parks. You can ride the chairlift to the top of the mountain - and hike, play disk golf, have lunch, zipline and more. Monte Verde Lake is a private lake owned by Angel Fire Resort and open to the public for fishing (and fly fishing) and boat rentals (stand up paddle boards, peddle boats, canoes, etc.). It also has an easy and flat walking trail around the lake with beautiful views. Springtime brings peace and quiet to our little valley. Enjoy our trails, fishing or just being surrounded by nature and wildlife.

We highly recommend a 4-wheel drive or AWD vehicle to get up the mountains in winter. The driveway will be plowed whenever we get 4 inches or more of snow.
