Enjoy expansive fairway views from this newly renovated, two bedroom, two bathroom end-unit villa, situated in the Fairway Oaks community on the grounds of the prestigious Amelia Island Omni Resort on the South end of the island.
Tile flooring extends from the entryway throughout the main living area, kitchen, and into the Florida room, which is shrouded in a wall of windows, allowing the coveted golf views in and giving you and your guests the guaranteed best seat on the 2nd fairway. Granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances beautifully appoint the open kitchen. Prepare meals to wow your guests, all while never losing sight of the green! This home offers a fully stocked kitchen with seating for four at the expansive bar area or at the four-person table in the Florida room. The Florida room also features a quiet reading nook with a daybed that has a pull-out trundle to allow sleeping for two.
The private master bedroom suite boasts hard wood floors, sliding glass doors, which open to reveal a private patio set against the backdrop of the renowned Pat Dye Oak Marsh golf course, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.The spacious guest bedroom also features hard wood floors, as well as private access to the guest bath. Each room also includes a flat screen TV, while a private storage area off of the kitchen allows you to store rented bikes and other belongings.
All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella are also provided for you to use during your stay.
While at this rental, you can enjoy the acclaimed biking/walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, and restaurants situated in the resort, or you can venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 15-minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available - please inquire for additional information.
