KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM An open-plan kitchen, with beautiful polished concrete floors and a large central island with surrounding barstools. Fully retractable doors lead out to the garden, providing a sense of the outside-in. The dining table enjoys views to this garden, with a table and surrounding Eames chairs, adorned in white sheepskin throws. The room is expertly decorated, with a feature wall that includes artworks, cookery books and a record player. The kitchen itself is contemporary and fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay. The utility room is adjacent to the kitchen, complete with a washing machine and tumble dryer. GARDEN A charming outside area, complete with a paved area with a large sofa and armchairs for relaxing with family and friends. Beyond this, is a trampoline, surrounded by planted and flowers, as well as a lawn, swinging garden chair, a BBQ and firepit. The garden studio is not available to guests. FIRST BEDROOM Upstairs on the first floor, is the first bedroom, complete with a comfortable double bed and views to the garden. The room is decorated in cool artworks and a rocking horse. EN SUITE The en suite bathroom offers luxurious tiling, a walk-in shower, WC and basin. SECOND BEDROOM This bedroom is lovingly decorated, with dark grey walls and many artworks adorning the walls. There is a double bed opposite a decorative fireplace. A vintage side-cabinet and wardrobe complete the space. MASTER BEDROOM The spacious master bedroom includes a double bed, with a sofa at the foot of the bed. There is also a fireplace, desk with stool, television and artwork on the walls.
