The space
It's a lovely vintage Sears & Robuck Bungalow home built in the 1920's in a quiet residential neighborhood. You have one reserved covered parking space in the back of the home and a private keyless entry to the unit downstairs.
The apartment is large and cozy. It has a private bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are books, board games, a TV, and a personal desk in the living room as well.
The bathroom is small and a tight fit (but clean, efficient, and well stocked). It's a 100+ year old home so give her a break, it was a luxury just to have a second bathroom : )
The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster oven and mini fridge, coffee maker and an electric kettle. Feel free to enjoy the beautiful Denver weather on the back patio. There are 2 gas BBQ grills and a gas fire pit you are welcome to use.
We have always had the most amazing guests...they're clean, they're friendly, and they love our town as much as we do. We appreciate this greatly and have always had a below cost cleaning fee and will never ask you to do “chores” before you check out. Enjoy you stay!

You'll have the entire lower level (basement) to yourself with only the front laundry area being shared. Enjoy the outdoors on the patio, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city.

Our home is one block away from the DU Campus. It's also surrounded by unique restaurants, bars, and hole-in-the-wall dives. You will love exploring the city and all it has to offer. Sports, shopping, trails, hiking, live music, excellent food...

Other things to note
This is an older home with original wood floors so they'll be a few squeaks when we are home. As it is an older home, the ceilings are lower in some areas too.
