Only 15 minutes from the airport, in the historic center of the city of Cartagena de Indias, San Diego quarter, this newly renovated 134 M² furnished apartment consists of a living room (50m²), an open kitchen facing the living room. There are two separate bathrooms with shower and two double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has twin beds , using a special mattress, these can beds can become a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have wall to wall closets. The floors, bathrooms and kitchen are marble with lovely woodwork. The living room has a convertible sofa which sleeps two, (it opens and has two single beds). There is a workspace with a printer and plugs for your computer. The living room looks on to a large terrace 36 Sq. meters. Full air conditioning is provided. There is also a parking space in the underground garage.
The apartment is in a small two story building; it also offers recreational and social areas, two rooftop swimming pools, gardens and an area to hold receptions. The property has 24 hour porter service, and surveillance cameras in the corridors.
It should be noted that full names, passport numbers and arrival hour are required one week in advance for the Building Administration.
