Malibu Paradise – Available ONLY for people affected by the Malibu fires. You might be able to rent another home in Malibu, but you’ll be driving, not walking, to the sand. Stay in our beautiful, remodeled 3-bedroom 2-bath home (sleeps 8) only a few hundred foot walk to the beach, at half the price of many Malibu rentals! Enjoy our private beach where you can read all day, swim, surf, kayak, go snorkeling, and more. Our beach gets plenty of sun but is sheltered from the wind. You can even bring your dogs (which is not allowed on most other L.A. beaches). And after cooking in our beautiful kitchen and barbecuing on our deck, treat yourself to breakfast, lunch or dinner at the restaurant on the sand a few minute walk from our house. They have great food and live music. And you also just have a drink on a beach chair in the sand. Our home is new inside, with clean bathrooms and beds, a modern kitchen, a big screen plasma TV in the family room, a TV in the master bedroom, wireless internet throughout, a golf cart, games, and beach gear. The grocery store is a few minutes by car. We know every part of Malibu, and we bought our home in this location SPECIFICALLY for all the amenities – private beach access BY FOOT, sheltered from the wind, restaurant by foot, great swimming, and more. Note: In Malibu, beware of “ocean view”. Many of these homes are UP on a hill, across the highway, so you have to load all your stuff in the car and drive to the beach, and then find parking along with everyone else. At our house, you can walk to the sand. You don’t have to worry about your kids crossing any highways to get there! Available for Malibu fire victims only, for longer term, subject to restrictions.
