Your family and friends will enjoy a comfortable living area plus three bedrooms and two baths. A plethora of activities exist in Park City year around. Enjoy skiing/boarding, skating, snowmobiling, biking, hiking, concerts and festivals depending on the season. Spend time shopping, dining, visiting the Farmers Market (in season) and more! A community hot tub and shared laundry facilities are available as well. Parking is available on a first come first serve basis. We continue to refresh the unit with new bathroom vanities and kitchen improvements including new range & microwave (2025), bedroom furnishings including dressers and nightstands (2024), improved bed configuration and all Smart TVs (2023) and blinds throughout for additional privacy (2022).

Summary: This was a great condo that exceeded our expectations. The photos do not do the interior justice. All the interior spaces have been nicely updated, very tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen is really well stocked with equipment if you want to cook full meals during your stay. Beds were very comfortable, the showers are great. The complex hot tub is close by, large, and clean. It is only a 3 block/5 minute walk to the mountain lifts. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the Park City bus stops right in front of the building if you don’t want to walk. Great communication with the owner from booking through checkout and no surprises. We will stay here again on our next trip!
