The house is located in the Interlagos neighborhood and is situated in the Interlagos Residential Area, two blocks from the Interlagos Race Track (on foot) and two blocks from the Guarapiranga Dam. The neighborhood is charming with quiet, tree-lined streets, excellent for walking and easy access to public transportation. In addition to the charm of the place, we are a 5-minute walk from the Interlagos Race Track. There are many restaurants on the edge of the Guarapiranga Dam and I can recommend the best ones. You can go on bike rides and visit the Jacques Cousteau Park, which is 500 meters from here. If you like sailing, there are several yacht clubs very close by, including those with sailing courses. You can go on foot.
The space can accommodate up to 16 people. We are already allowing events such as weddings, engagements and birthdays. All with a family profile and without excessive volume of music. The area is strictly residential. We allow family gatherings for up to 20 people and corporate lunches/dinners for the same number of people. It is worth remembering that there will always be a responsible person on the property.
If your event falls within these parameters, please contact us for more details and a quote. Our guests can use the garden, pool, balcony, kitchen and laundry. In the case of event rentals, I or someone I recommend will remain on site to supervise and provide guidance.
For events at the Interlagos Racetrack such as Formula I, Lollapalooza, The Town and others, we do not rent out the entire house. Only the suites.
