(if you would like to bring more or bigger dogs, please contact us before booking.), we only accept dogs that are over 12 months old and fully house trained as well as kept flea and worm free, if bringing a dog, please bring your own throws to protect furniture and a towel for your dog, and do not leave your dog unattended in the house or garden at any time, if you would like your dog to share your bed, please let us know and bring your own bedding (dog hair on our bedding will forfeit your damage deposit), guests are asked to check the gardens thoroughly to ensure they have fully cleaned up after their dogs before they leave – the cleaners will charge a fine of £50 if they have to pick up dog poo.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, managed by a private host
