Located 13 minutes from Barra beach, it is close to the best restaurants, markets and shops in the region! It is also located just 18 minutes from the Olympic Park. In addition, you can access the cafeteria on the first floor which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with an à la carte menu (note, these services are not included in the daily rate).
NEW WORLD CLUB
At this club, approximately 30 metres in front of the Residence Malibu, you will have access to leisure facilities, free ferry transfer to the beach, gym and swimming pool. An open space integrated with nature, ideal for relaxing and adventurous activities, such as sailing lessons, rowing, surfing, stand up, as well as ferry and sailboat trips on the Marapendi lagoon.
Transfer to the beach to facilitate residents' movement to the pier. An electric 9-seater shuttle leaves from the condominium car park 10 minutes before each ferry's departure. On weekends and holidays, when service usage is higher, there is an additional 9-seater shuttle.
Swimming pool opening hours: every day from 8am to 7pm, except Wednesdays which are closed for maintenance. During the summer, there is an extended swimming pool operating hours. Please check special opening hours during festive periods, such as Christmas, New Year's, and Carnival.
Gym: equipped with a 300m² weight room, fitness rooms and covered room for bicycles. Open Monday to Friday from 6am to 10pm, Saturdays from 8am to 6pm, and Sundays and holidays from 9am to 1pm. Please check special opening hours during festive periods, such as Christmas, New Year and Carnival.

Our check-in is carried out from 3 pm and our check-out before 11 am. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.
For each booking, we provide 1 set of bedding per bed and one towel per guest. Bed and bath linen exchange service can be hired and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.
All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
